I have been helping athletes improve their performance through Sports Nutrition for more than 25 years.


In soccer in particular, as an advisor for the Gatorade Sports Science Institute  (GSSI), I have Directed and implemented sweat testing in more than 500 professional soccer team athletes including Boca Juniors, Sao Paulo, Millonarios F.C., Flamingos, Pumas, among others.


For 4 years I managed the sports nutrition team of Caracas F.C. that served 300+ soccer players from different divisions during training and competition.


I produced and delivered a Sports Nutrition College course that has been taken by 700+ students at Universidad Central de Venezuela, and I am frequently invited to teach classes at various universities in Latin America and Spain.


Currently work at the Children Nutrition Research Center/Baylor College of Medicine at the Texas Medical Center in Houston.


Well, I don't want to bore you with my story. I just want to let you know that I am passionate about helping young players reach their full potential to play soccer and I want to put all this experience at your service.
